You wouldn’t believe how long it takes to put a site up like this solo. I need a staff of “motherhugees” to help me. One day I will get the help. I have been eating and sleeping this WordPress thing and I still don’t know enough to satisfy me. I feel like a white belt at a MMA cage match. I know what I want but can’t get there yet.
To top it all off this week, I also am recovering from Montezuma’s Revenge. It was a mild case this time, my guts have been through worse having traveled to some places that the “Rich and Famous” would never go. I enlisted the help of the guy I learned a lot from in podcasting but life has got him kinda busy. Dave the Great, a really nice guy and host of The School of Podcasting recently got married and graduated from college. I listened to him faithfully although he stopped podcasting to teach podcasting.
I would like to do this full time too. I just decided that while contemplating life in the Center of Porcelain Convenience. I saw a diesel Class A RV that has my name on it. I would like to be able to ride around the country and support grassroots efforts for the right to keep and bear arms. It would be a nice mix if I could become a paid speaker, lecturer and a helper of listeners. I’d like to be able to go to the SHOT show because it was a part of my business. I would like to give brother Tom Gresham some competition on someone’s radio station. It wouldn’t really be competition, I don’t know as much as he but at least I could be one more positive force for our side on the airwaves. I would be the pro-gun media. Maybe do at least one video project a month. I could highlight clubs, and all the little guys out there that don’t get any love. I would like to do walk ons for movies, be the “Billy Mays” for some new firearms company. That would be the BOMB.
Oh well, its nice to dream, huh? Back to working this thing. Thanks for your patience. Keep hope alive… Vote.
