166- Weddings and Shotguns

This week on The Urban Shooter:

  • Interview with the author of “Ministry of Defense; Executive protection for your ministry.” Www.PabloBirriel.com
  • Weddings and Shotguns
  • Zombie Strike #27
  • Question of the week:  Marriage
  • A song dedicated to the southwest that may still be underwater: I Can’t Stand the Rain

Oh yeah!  by Yello, played on “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” and “The Secret of My Success”

This was a whirlwind week for me, it rained a lot but that was a good thing as I just planted some flowers in my yard.  I went to the trap and skeet range again, ate breakfast with my retired buddies at the VFW (I joined) and prepared for a wedding.

The thought of weddings prompted a couple of thoughts I share on the show and the “Question of the Week”.  Marriage, civil unions, bachelor parties, wedding parties and carrying at a church all influence this weeks show.  I expect a few frowns from the monologue. I had fun with it and remixed a forgotten tune from two movies.

Pablo Birriel gave an interesting viewpoint about security in a place of worship.  He is the author of “Ministry of Defense”.  Like me, Pablo is a colorful Christian that didn’t grow up in church.  He brings a rich knowledge base from the streets to securing the sanctuary. http://pablobirriel.com

I had my first article published on www.humanevents.com about “Black Conservatism” which was a treatise about me and what the mainstream refuses to see about a person of color that doesn’t fall for their propaganda.

I sent out a email to all that subscribe to the Urban Shooter list and gave a run down of all the events I have going on or attempting that I can share.

I am now on www.windowstoliberty.com internet radio and can no longer say I am just a podcast.  I am truly the host of a pro-gun variety “show”.

The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
